Baan Kang Wat

( The wonderful place in Chiang Mai )

This Christmas, I went to visit one of the locations.
At this place, it has a great atmosphere, beautiful environment among the mountains

There are many kind people

It sound like I'm in some movie was filmed on the mountain

It is a wonderful place !

The first times, we knew that place for a long time, it called Mahasamut

It is a small coffee shop and stylish because of the big bookshelf which has a lot of books such as novels, magazines and knowledge books

This shop I saw in Chiangmai review

I talked with my friends that we will go to this place when we have a free time

but, we don't. Until we have a time to go

we don't know how to go that is the reason I search for the map

As soon as we arrived that shop is the one of the project.

This is our lucky day because they hold festivals.

This festival's name is Nang Kang Wat

Before you came into this festival, you have paid 20 bath for a ticket.

You can use this ticket play many games in this festival.

The event was a lot of small shops. Most of the shops that sell ideas.

Also known as handmade because it is its own unique.

You will see a large fabric that used to see a movie

They will open Timeline movie this day

This movie makes me cried many times, it was very impressed

We survey for a moment and saw SOI DAO activity

We got a piece per one person, I got a rubber, it is a small Prize

but my friend got free one glass at Mahasamut coffee. So, I envy

We drank coffee and read a book at here. About beverage price, it not expensive.

Drink prices 35 to 40 baht and toast price 20 baht

By the time the sun began to run out. We prepare to go home

This time they will show a movie. Some people came to sit down and reserved seat

but I must go now because I have a meeting with friends

Overall I like this atmosphere of place. I think it appropriate for people who want peace

among nature, read a book in free time, need to relax, take a photo and meet new people

If I have a free time, I will go to this place.

 บ้านข้างวัด

          

วันคริสต์มาสปีนี้ ผมได้ไปเที่ยวสถานที่แห่งหนึ่ง

ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้ มีบรรยากาศ สภาพแวดล้อมสวยงามท่ามกลางภูเขา

มีผู้คนอันแสนอบอุ่น ราวกับอยู่ในภาพยนตร์เรื่องใดเรื่องนึงที่ถ่ายทำบนยอดดอย

มันช่างเป็นสถานที่ที่มหัศจรรย์

          ตอนแรกพวกเรารู้จักร้านนี้มานานแล้ว ชื่อ มาหาสมุด เป็นร้านกาแฟเล็กๆ

แต่เป็นร้านที่มีสไตล์ คือมีชั้นวางหนังสือขนาดใหญ่

ที่รวมรวมหนังสือประเภทต่างๆไว้อย่างมากมาย

ไม่ว่าจะเป็น นวนิยาย นิตยสาร หนังสือความรู้ 

ร้านนี้ผมเจอในรีวิวของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

และได้คุยกับเพื่อนว่าไว้ไปเที่ยวกันถ้ามีโอกาส แต่ก็ไม่ได้ไปสักที

จนกระทั่งวันนี้ที่พวกเราพอจะมีเวลาว่างเหลือเฟือคับ ก็เลยพากันไปที่นั่น

ซึ่งเราก็ยังไม่รู้เส้นทางว่าไปทางไหน เพื่อนผมเธอบอกว่าอยู่แถวๆวัดอุโมงค์

เพื่อความแน่นอนผมเลยเปิดแผนที่ของร้านและก็เจอครับ

ทันทีที่ไปถึงพวกเราก็รู้ทันทีครับว่า ร้านมาหาสมุด เป็นหนึ่งในร้านของโครงการ บ้านข้างวัด

ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเทศกาลพอดี ช่างบังเอิญจริงๆ เทศกาลนี้ชื่อว่า เทศกาลหนังข้างวัด

ก่อนเข้างานเราต้องจ่ายเงิน20บาท เป็นค่าตั๋วครับ ซึ่งในตั๋วนั้นเราสามารถนำไปเล่นสอยดาวได้หนึ่งครั้ง

และก็มีเกมอื่นๆตามบริเวณต่างๆ

ภายในงานก็มีร้านขายของเล็กๆเยอะแยะมากมาย ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นร้านที่ขายไอเดีย

หรือเรียกอีกอย่างว่า แฮนด์เมด เพราะเป็นสินค้าที่มีเอกลักษณ์เป็นของตัวเอง ไม่เหมือนใคร

พอเดินมาถึงบริเวณกลางงานก็พบกับผ้าใบขนาดใหญ่ที่เค้าจะเอาไว้ฉายหนังนั่นเอง

ซึ่งหนังที่เค้าจะฉายวันนี้ก็คือเรื่อง Timeline จดหมาย..ความทรงจำ (2014)

ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ทำให้ผมร้องไห้หลายครั้งเลยทีเดียว เป็นภาพยนตร์ที่ผมประทับใจมากครับ

พวกเราเดินสำรวจภายในงานสักพัก ก็ไปเจอมุมที่เค้าเล่นสอยดาวกัน

พวกเราจับกันคนละใบ ผมได้ยางลบครับ รางวัลเล็กๆ

แต่เพื่อนผมโชคดีกว่าได้ เครื่องดื่มฟรี 1 แก้วที่ร้าน มาหาสมุด ผมนี่แอบอิจฉาเลย

พวกเราก็เลยไปนั่งกินกาแฟ อ่านหนังสือกันที่ร้าน ราคาเครื่องดื่มและขนมปังปิ้งไม่แพงครับ

เครื่องดื่มก็ราคาประมาณ 35-40 บาท ขนมปังปิ้งก็ประมาณ 20 บาท

พอถึงเวลาแสงพระอาทิตย์เริ่มจะหมดลงแล้ว พวกเราก็เตรียมตัวจะกลับครับ

ซึ่งก็จะได้เวลาเค้าฉายหนังกันแล้ว คนก็เริ่มทยอยมานั่ง จับจองที่นั่งดูหนังกันแล้ว

( อยากดูจริงๆ มันได้บรรยากาศมาก -0- )

แต่ผมก็ต้องกลับไปก่อนครับ เพราะว่ามีนัดกินเลี้ยงหลังสอบกลางภาคกัน

โดยรวมผมชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่มาก ผมว่ามันเหมาะกับคนที่ต้องการความสงบ ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ

มานั่งอ่านหนังสือในเวลาว่าง ต้องการที่จะพักผ่อน เหมาะแก่การถ่ายรูป และพบปะผู้คนใหม่ๆ

ไว้ถ้ามีเวลาว่างอีกผมจะแวะไปอีกนะครับ สำหรับบล็อกภาษาอังกฤษไม่นานเกินรอครับ

How to make you sleep easier

       While we sleep, it is the rest of the brain.
             So,we shouldn't be doing activities that stress.

Do you ever feel like this?

        - Tried to sleep but could not sleep.
            - Think a lot of ideas in your head
            - Your body is still active

If you ever feel like this,we have many ways to make you feel sleepy easier.


1. Drink milk.. Can help

      Milk has Tryptophan which can reduce stress. It also has Protein, Vitamins, Carbohydrate, Calcium and Amino acids that can nourish the body and your teeth.

2. Try to Yawn

          When you try to make yourself yawning. It makes your body feel relaxed and want to sleep.

3. Don't do activities that use your brain.

       Nowadays,the most of people play social such as Facebook, Line ,Twitter etc before going to sleep.It's the wrong way! It will make your brain work hard and effects your eyes too.

4. Exercise

      If you do exercise bofore going to sleep around 4-6 hours. It will make you fall asleep and doesn't wake up during sleep.

5.Silent room is the best.

       Do not open something which make a noisy sound while you sleep because it will irritate your brain and make you can't sleep.

Chiangmai, Thailand is the one of the interesting place to visit.

Now,Temperatures in Chiangmai is 15 Celsius because the high pressure is quite strong from China. 

People began to return to wearing sweater. 
However, I think I love this country because this isn't too hot than Lampang.(My hometown is in Lampang,Thailand)
