How to make you sleep easier
While we sleep, it is the rest of the brain.
So,we shouldn't be doing activities that stress.
Do you ever feel like this?
- Tried to sleep but could not sleep.
- Think a lot of ideas in your head
- Your body is still active
If you ever feel like this,we have many ways to make you feel sleepy easier.
1. Drink milk.. Can help
Milk has Tryptophan which can reduce stress. It also has Protein, Vitamins, Carbohydrate, Calcium and Amino acids that can nourish the body and your teeth.
2. Try to Yawn
When you try to make yourself yawning. It makes your body feel relaxed and want to sleep.
3. Don't do activities that use your brain.
Nowadays,the most of people play social such as Facebook, Line ,Twitter etc before going to sleep.It's the wrong way! It will make your brain work hard and effects your eyes too.
4. Exercise
If you do exercise bofore going to sleep around 4-6 hours. It will make you fall asleep and doesn't wake up during sleep.
5.Silent room is the best.
Do not open something which make a noisy sound while you sleep because it will irritate your brain and make you can't sleep.
